Frequently Asked Questions
Why is stroke awareness important in adult care?
People working in adult care are likely to be in close contact with those most at risk of stroke, so recognising symptoms quickly can help ensure faster treatment and better outcomes.
What other courses complement Stroke Awareness
Diabetes Awareness, Dementia Awareness and Epilepsy Awareness all relate closely to stroke, as these conditions can increase stroke risk or develop following a stroke.
